We can also meet in person somewhere in South Florida and sign in person, or we can mail out the contract to be signed and returned; whatever you as the seller feel the most comfortable doing.

  • We will put 30 days on the contract; however, we typically close anywhere from 2 to 3 weeks. Once the inspection period is complete we deposit the money to escrow and get the properties closed as soon as possible.
